Welcome to The Metabolomics Atlas

Metabolomics Atlas, a program initiated in 2015, is a database integrating metabolomics data with details of samples and metabolites. It contains a total of ~1,000,000 human samples with 300+ meta data and 300+ quantificated metabolites, so far. Normal individuals and patients with chronic liver diseases, diabetes mellitus, and several types of cancers, with or without diet/drug interventions, are included. Other omics data and imaging information of these samples will be put in gradually.

Registered and authorized users are allowed to query, download, and share database resources, under the framework of ethics principles and the administration regulations on human genetic resources.

Sample

Query samples by some basic information such as age, gender, race, disease type, sample type, detection platform, submitter, and so on.

Metabolite

Query metabolites by their chemical or biological features such as name, MS, class, pathway, concentration range, HMDB/KEGG/CAS/METLIN/ /Chemspider ID.

Metadata

Query samples by meta information such as clinic, questionare, diet, life-style, and so on.

Metabolomics

Query the whole metabolomics dat sets by integreting meta data, metabolite and sample information.
